Booking & Deposit
Once you decide we're the perfect fit, we send over a contract. We require a signed contract and a 30% retainer to officially reserve your date on our calendar. This formalizes our commitment to you, allowing us to turn our full attention to the creative planning of your celebration.
Planning & Collaboration
We believe that structure creates freedom. We work closely with you to design a flow that clearly distinguishes guided artistic moments from the unscripted celebration. By mapping out exactly when editorial portraits will occur and when you are free to rejoin your guests, we eliminate the guesswork. You will know precisely when to step in front of the lens and when to simply let go and immerse yourself in the joy of the occasion.
The Engagement Session
Your engagement is a unique chapter worthy of its own celebration. We plan this session to feel like an effortless day out rather than a production. We collaborate with you to select a theme and setting that reflects your personal style, ensuring everything feels "just right." On your wedding day, our presence is immersive yet unobtrusive. Because we have planned extensively, you are free to lose yourself in the moment. We move seamlessly between guiding you through editorial portraits and stepping back to capture the raw, unscripted emotions of the day. Your Photos Have Arrived
Your memories deserve to be viewed with the same care with which they were captured. Within 30–45 days, you will receive your fully curated gallery. Delivered via a beautiful, password-protected online collection, every image is meticulously hand-retouched to reflect a timeless, true-to-tone aesthetic. This is your first opportunity to relive the magic of your day, preserved forever.
The Coffee Table Book
Your story deserves to be felt, not just seen. As a final touch to our collaboration, we invite you to bring your photos to life through a custom-designed photo book. We handle the design and production process, delivering a heavy, luxurious album that anchors your memories in the real world.
